What Can I Do Here?
In this group are tasks and forms associated with changes to existing employee jobs.
Examples of individual job changes are appointment percent, contract renewals or extending job end dates, and pay changes.
The Term-by-Term Appointment task may be used to renew multiple graduate assistants or instructors who have the following in common: timesheet orgn, current job end date and new job end date. Additionally, changes may be made to the appointment percent, pay, and labor distribution for each employee.
